I'm no autograph expert, but I wouldn't be 100% sure that it is a secretarial/fake. Ken has changed his autograph a few times over the years and it has changed quite a lot each time, not just slight changes.

Mine is a Lost Season 5 poster signed by Matthew Fox, Ken Leung, Evangeline Lilly, Josh Holloway, Yun Jin Kim, Daniel Dae Kim, Michael Emerson, Jorge Garcia, Henry Ian Cusick, Terry O'Quinn and Elizabeth Mitchell.
