I looked in the database for an address, and the feedback had many different addresses.
On www.tomfelton.com I clicked on 'Fan Club' and the address says:

I'm planning to send to Christian Bale, and i dont really understand IRC's.
How many do you usually need to put in your envelope?

If I were to send a letter etc. to America, and I sent 2 IRC's, would the celeb have to exchange these for american stamps?

This makes me think that the celeb wouldn't waste their time doing this...
