The Marquee in Tulsa, Oklahoma does pass on the fanmail to the artists/bands, but it's very, very, hit-and-miss. I've sent out about 10 requests to that venue and I've only received one back (and it's only because I spoke directly with the entire band about it and they personally sent it back to me)...
