Question about stamps for those who live in the U.S

when you send a SASE inside the envelope your sending a celeb to, how many stamps do you use?
cause i usually use 2 and that works out fine, but some people use 3...so im confused.
does anyone know how much stamps it is per ounce/pound?

i met mischa barton! she was promoting keds in macys in NYC! you had to buy a pair of keds (which are like 30-50$)
then you wait in a loooong line and you can get her autograph + a picture with her!! :mrgreen: {??} {up}
