After a 3 month I received an SFM autograph of Halle Berry. It's the usual one, so I don't mind uploading a scan.

After a 3 month wait I received a SFM copy of Andy Garcia's autograph. I think I won't have to upload the image since it's the one that anybody has.

Can it be that celebs don't know how to use IRCs? Or maybe some post offices don't accept IRCs as payment?

I have no experience with USPS, but in Germany you can only buy IRCs over the internet. No availability in post offices. Haven't found anything about IRCs being sold in the US, but there's the International Business Reply. Sounds somehow similar to IRCs ( http://www.usps.com/international/intlbusine...
