I don't know if CH has changed his signature over the last couple of years, but this success looks very different from the ones I have seen of him in the past.

Probably not. He makes too much money at cons now.

I think VFL Wolfsburg generally doesn't pay heed to specific autograph requests. For example, I wrote to them in the middle of the season and I didn't receive any of the autographs I asked for either. They probably send out whatever they have in stock.
