I couldnt find stamp sellers. Maybe anyone can buy like 10$ worth of stamps and send them to me by letter . I would pay with paypal or something like that.

And also. USPS offers a "First-Class Mail® International Letter" option and says it would cost 1.76$ . Does it mean I have to put stamps worth such amount on the letter? And there is also million other shipping options , how does it know which I mean?

Hello! I have couple of questions. 1) Is it better to use SASE with US stamps or SAE with IRC-s ? If I was a celebrity I would prefer SASE , because I would only have to seal it and put it into the mailbox. With IRC-s I would have to go to post office or put the stamps on myself.Which is better what...
