Such as :- you need to be 100 years old and over to get a signed Birthday Card You need to be a citizen of any country governed...

and honestly i have NO IDEA why it takes that long...its a fake photo so why does it take 7 months? lol....but good luck That is a bit unusual. I've ordered from them several times and the turnaround time is usually 3-4 weeks to 2 months on the outside.... 7 months??????? sheesh, I'd have forgotten...
