No actually pre signed is real, the person signed a stack of photos etc to send out. Pre printed is a printed signature.

She does live in the Washington DC area. An address there used to work but I believe now a secretary signs them or you don't get you photos back.
It was called Potomac Productions. Believe it was in MD.

I guess many wouldn't consider this a success. I wouldn't add it to my autograph collection...but as a fan I would keep and collect it as a photo.

This is his Ranch he doesn't live in CA anymore. He charges in his webiste though so I don't know if he will sign for free
