Next time I would recommend doing at least a google search of someone before you send a ttm request, since Adam's last name is spelled CAROLLA. Nice of him to sign 3 items for you despite that, since he did a five minute rant recently on his podcast about people misspelling his name.

Best way to always have someone sign in sharpie? Include a sharpie in your letter. I understand what your saying, but you can't get upset because they signed with what they had available as opposed to not signing at all.

Definitely a possibility...I actually included an autographed picture of myself when I was in the Marines. Thought she would get a laugh out of that...guess it worked!

I actually sent her a blue sharpie, but she signed in black...so no I didnt get my sharpie back. Cant hurt tho.

This was about my fifth try via venue...sent LOR, SASE, Photo, and sharpie to Katy Perry via Wells Fargo Center on 6.22.11 for her show on 6.24.11. Received it back 7.16.11 signed and personalized in my SASE. Pretty sure its from that venue(sent to Quicken Loans Arena as well). No post mark or retur...

Love the first photo...personally i like blue on black and white....helps it stand out more, but to each his own...congrats
