What size of photo do people recommend using? Does the size affect the value of the autograph? Also, If I go for musicians, is it better to get a signed CD cover? Does that increse the value?

I'm looking to get autographs mainly from musicians. I'm a guitarist so things like that interest me. I was looking at going for people in England to start with. Has anybody had any luck from any of these people?:
