if a dealer says he is a UACC registered dealer,etc
does it make the autographed items he is selling authentic

as i am just starting to collect i would like to know if it was real in case i spend money on a fake

How do you know if the signature they send back to you isn't done by someone else who works for them,copied,etc as you don't actually see them signing it
