Have received the same card signed, but a different autograph. This is not a PP or an AP (unless he has several different signatures which I doubt), he must of signed a few of these cards. Sure this is genuine.

When I met lady Gaga in London, Bieber was also in town. Some girls came to gaga's hotel after meeting Bieber, they had pics with him + books and photos signed. Thees signatures look the same to me as the in person ones.

Wrote to George Michael in the early 90's via his record company, didn't give it much hope. However got item back signed.
