Hang in there, sometimes it just takes time. It's also very random with some players. I know I have guys that I've tried 2-3 times that I've seen others get back and I've heard nothing back...who knows why. If it's somebody you really want and it's been a few months, try again. I'm not sure if you HAVE to send a picture...but I always feel it increases your odds dramatically with anybody you write to if you send them an item to sign. Makes it much easier on them & most don't mind taking a minute to sign.
