He normaly signs only one photo. I would wait some time and then sent only the photo you really want to get signed.

I think he sent it instead of putting a stamp on the envelope.

Looks like she used a very cheap/bad pen and the autograph got rubbed off in the envelope.

Maybe someone should donate her a sharpie :-)
