Yes, I have used them successfully several times. The number of IRC's you need to use is dependent on the weight of what you are mailing. Everyone I've seen using IRCs are typically outside of the US. Has anyone in the US here used IRCs? If I wanted to send to Europe, Hong Kong or Japan, how many IRCs would I need to ship back to the US? I've seen people typically use 2 coupons, is that the standard?
