Yup, there's still a possibility.
Sometimes overseas shipping can take dramatically long. I've also bought some autographs and it once took me nearly a month to finally receive what I had purchased. So I guess you should wait a bit more

Apparently the address should be valid until the end of March, though it seems like they are getting tons of fanmail...
