I sent a LOR with coupons at 20/09/2012 and received it signed and personalized 2 days ago (30/10/2012) with a letter that I think everybody received from 2009 talking about his surgery. Do you think it's real directly from him?? I don't understand why they still sending the same letter since 2009.....
