Don't they still shoot at Silvercup? What's outdated about the address? Just curious.

He did a book signing at a bookstore in Los Angeles (I live in Tennessee). I ordered one of those signed books (not personalized) and was thrilled. Otherwise, I think he just sends out PP's.
