I personally have never sent cash, but I have seen many successes from people that do use that method.

For those that send VV, I know being able to give a definitive answer is impossible, but if a venue does not pass on letters, do they typically "RTS" or dump them?

I am not talking about venues that do pass on and the artist refuses...

Just curious, I don't send to many celebrities, but I find it humorous receiving PP or SFM and having "do not bend" on the envelope...like the contents is worthwhile. I do completely understand you writing it on a SASE for legitimate returns.

My request letter must be horrible...I have sent two requests in a little over a year and I didn't even receive the dear John letter.
