Can anyone from the UK tell me how they have got around the issue of not being able to buy IRCs please? Have you just started sending a few dollars in with your letter?

Has anyone had any success with Caissie Levy using the Piccadilly Theatre address? I sent away a letter weeks ago and have had no reply from her.
