I sent it to the Paradise Valley address in the database. I got a hall of fame plaque postcard with a facsimile autograph in return. The letter said it was real but it was clearly fake.

yes you can but i would wait until next year because it is probably to late this year and you might not get it back. i would wait until next year and you would be sure to get it returned next year WITH an autograph
