If I download a photo online and print it out on my own, would that violate the copyright laws?
Coz I know stores like CVS, Walgreens can't do it due to the law

Are glossy photos ok?
I am planning to download pictures and have CVS photo center print them out for me
But I am not sure if they are too glossy to be signed on
Any suggestions?
