how long should the letter be?

Quick question.

I don't feel like writing to each actor/actress of a cast individually, so how can I write and ask for all of their autographs instead? (aka Harry Potter cast, Narnia cast, etc.)

@ tinker mel: thnx :D it seems more comfortable if i can just express myself freely instead of following a specific criteria. btw, does it make a difference if the celeb reads letters that are more formal or do they just give you an autograph and what you want regardless of how good your letter was?...

Hey. I've been thinking of writing to a celeb, but I'm not sure how to do it.

I've read posts on other parts of the forum that explain how you have to make it sound like a form letter. Does that mean it has to sound extremely formal?
