I can totally understand you :( I'm from Italy and it was impossible for me to find UK stamps so I bought IRCs instead. I sent my letter at the end of October and I'm still waiting. The fact is, all the mail that's coming back is from people who sent stamps! XD But foreign coupons are still accepted...
