I think that's because they'd rather know that the celeb read their mail and personalized their photo happy to help!

Pretty sure he sends authentics from what I can tell from successes from other members. Preprint is a printed autograph (autograph is just printed on paper) presigned is when a celeb just signs a bunch of autographs and then someone else sends them out (authentic). Congrats on the success!
