Has anyone had any luck with Anthony Pettis's younger brother Sergio Pettis? I did a little research and found a home address Manor Park Drive in Milwaukee, WI. Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

I was in 2 separate Post Offices in the Youngstown, Ohio area today and both of them told me that IRCs were being discontinued from the Post Office starting tomorrow. Has anyone else heard this? It honestly doesn't sound right to me.
