Does anyone know if chow actually signs through the mail or is it secretarial or auto pen ?

Just joined and have been collecting in person for years . But missed Sam Elliott at a premiere when he was over here . Just wondered what he was like signing tru the mail and if it is his autograph and not secretarial or auto pen ,
