big islanders fan...anyone know if tavares on the islanders signs and where to send?

does anyone have any advice/experience doing jerseys through the mail? If so how do you prepare and send the jersey with the return package and what does it usually cost

I wanted to see if instead of sending cards to get autographed if I could get a jersey autographed for my son and if anyone had any tips.
