I wanted to send a letter to either Jermaine or the Jacksons as a whole, anyone know of an address?

I'd like to send him a letter and request an autograph, but

1) Do I send it to his fanmail address or the publicists?

2) If he replies, will he send me an autographed photo etc or do I have to post something for him to sign?
