I got mine yesterday! Personalized and authentic. I live in the US and it was just dropped off by UPS, I didn't have to pay. Their phone number is very easy to Google....I would call and let them know what happened. Maybe its just international people who have to pay extra postage? youre luckyyyyyy...

I'm new to autograph collecting and haven't had a success yet, still waiting. But I sent an email to them and got a reply saying he'd forwarded the email to the production team who will send me an autograph. I got this email about an hour after sending my request.
