They do look like his autograph and they don't really look like AP because that's not usually done in a ballpoint pen afaik.

I think the OP has been pretty clear that they don't want to share the address anymore because it's private.

Honestly I have no idea. His replies are so random that it's dificult to determine anything. This photo is new to me. But generally I'd say that what looks like signed in ball point pen and you can't actually see traces of the pen on the photo, it's a PP.
