On Saturday 7/12/14 I received in the mail my index card signed in my own SASE. I sent two index cards and a LOR on 12/3/13 to the address used in the database. Total wait approximately 7.5 months.

I tried sending an autograph request to Glee's Dianna Agron on 11/13/13. Approximately 1/10/14, I got the envelope back stamped in red as return to sender, so the William Morris Endeavor address in Beverly Hills doesn't work.
