I am from the US, and want to send a picture to the UK for an autograph and sent back. The US no longer has IRCs and looks like the UK is in the same boat. The return weight is about 2 oz, i seen that the Global stamp is only good for letters under 1 oz. Or would I be able to affix 2 or 3 stamps to ...
