One IRC for one letter should be OK, Czech post is quite cheap.

Heidi Klum - I sent her SASE but she didn't use it.

Alexandra Kamp - I didn't have German stamps that time, sent a letter with apology and she signed my photos and included a German stamp It was very nice.

Susan Sarandon - sent 7/11 2005 and received 5/22 2006.

Sometimes I buy autographs of dead Czech actors and actresses or people who don't respond my requests. And I buy it in secondhand bookstores or in Czech on-line auction. But I like trading more than buying because it makes some of my colleagues happy.
