I read the forum and am beginning to understand however Royal Mail here in United Kingdom don't sell IRCs any more so how do I go about making sure the Self address envelope will get back to me with the right amount of postage

How did you do this please!! I've been looking everywhere to find out
How to post and wat I need to include before I send my picture .. Please help and explain how you did this.
