I sent letter, selfaddressed stamped envelope and i think one photo on 27.10.2017 and 1.7.2019 received different photo back

Thank you for all advices, but I am always using glossy papier, sometimes darker photo and this was happened first time since i am sending letters.

But I am sending letter again so I hope it will be better

30.7.2015 I sent letter, 2 photos and SASE and they all arrived 14.9.2015 signed and nicely personalized. I used this address. It is not in database... I really dont know why?
