I don't think he signs through the mail, only cons.
In this day and age there is no reason not to add pictures...
I have sent several times and his agents always return them saying he doesn't sign.

The picture is part of the membership pack... And obviously so is the autograph ... And at only $25 it's an absolute steal.

Got mine today too, so obviously he has signed a load of photos... around 3 or 4 months for mine... great price (£18/$25) when you consider he was about £50 when he did the convention here last summer...
