How many IRCs do you usually send? (both inter-european or worldwide cases)

I sent to Jenna via Doctor Who and never heard back. Also I heard Peter Capaldi is now sending PPs. Yeah, I've also sent a letter to the venue adress and never received anything back. They are usually travelling a lot so there are very small chances of actually receiving a reply from them via venue...

I've sent a letter to the via venue adress in the data base. No reply received. Since he is traveling a lot during filming, I don't think he will personaly sign any photos via venue. Even worse, it seems like most of the united agency replies are PP.

I've read somewhere that it needs two coupons for the postage.
