You'd probably be better off just contacting her via Buckingham Palace as there doesn't seem to be a set address for her. Or you could try through Princess Anne (which is also the Buckingham Palace address)?

Dont want to be a pain in the ass but she wont appreciate being called Princess Zara Phillips. When she and her older brother were born, their parents, Princess Anne and Captain Mark Phillips, decided that as they are so far down the line of succession, they wanted them to lead as normal a life as possible and thus didnt want them to have Royal titles.

I think the best idea would be to just send it to Buckingham Palace good luck!

I guess it is quite difficult to find Zara Phillips original address..You might contact to her fan club ..They definitely help you out to find her genuine address.
