The picture in the Newspaper was Chandler & Andrew together I want them both to sign it you know what I mean.

If it's not much value to you then I would wait until next year, send it to the filming venue and address it for Andrew asking him really nicely if he could also ask Chandler to sign it. The cast have been very generous for fans this year (well last year now 2012). Again though it comes with a risk so only do it if this newspaper pic isn't of much value for you.

I got a picture signed by both Andrew Lincoln and Norman Reedus. I sent it first to Andrew, got it back, then sent the signed photo back to Norman, he signed it, and sent it back. I am going to stop there because there is always a chance the photo might not make it back to you.

There has been some instances where someone got multiple signatures on a photo for someone. However, these are usually a rare occurance as the actors/actresses do have stuff that they have to do during the day; filming, commercials, voice-overs, promos and interviews. MMB would sometimes do it, but i honestly would just send it to Riggs first, then Lincoln as Riggs is the harder signature to get, and Lincoln is a 100% return. (almost, it may be like 99.6%.)
