I'm from Belgium, i want to buy USA stamps to send a SASE to my favorite actors.
Can I buy stamps from somebody on the forum? I can pay with paypal...or do you know some reliable website to buy USA stamps? How many stamps do I put on a enveloppe?

Sometimes you just have to take a chance and try the address that you have. That is part of collecting autographs through the mail. Sometimes you will have success and sometimes you won't. Their are no 100% locks for success.

Sometimes you just have to take a chance and try the address that you have. That is part of collecting autographs through the mail. Sometimes you will have success and sometimes you won't. Their are no 100% locks for success.

Look for "forever global stamps" on ebay. The USPS sell them and they ship abroad - I just bought a load of them from the UK and the order has gone through without issue.
