Jon Bon Jovi Help ????

I want to build up my music collection . Has anyone ever tried Jon Bon Jovi .
I tried him last year at via venue his tour and never got one back . I wrote
to 5 different venue dates and nothing . Is he known to be a good signer .
hope some one can help i am a big fan . Thank you I'll try any address
