Where to buy German stamps

Hello, good morning, these days, I am starting to send fan mails to celebrities. But in this case abroad, outside my country, Spain.

I need help when it comes to buying stamps, as I need stamps from European countries, but I don't know where to buy them, as I went to the Post Office, and they told me that for the return, I would need the stamp of the same country to which I am sending it, Germany.
