Dick Smothers in Sarasota, Florida

Hi all -
I'm looking for an address for Dick Smothers of the comedy duo the Smothers Brothers. Fanmail.biz lists his address as California, but only his brother Tommy lives there now. From what I can find online, Dick now lives in Sarasota, Florida. Some "memorial" websites state that he passed away in 2015, but neither IMDB nor Wikipedia list a death date. I got Tommy's autograph last year, and I'd like to send it to Dick to get signed as well. Anyone have a current address for him?
