Lee Adams and Charles Strouse

Does anyone have working addresses for songwriters Lee Adams and Charles Strouse? Among other things, they’re known for writing the opening theme to the classic TV show All In The Family. They’re both not listed in the database and as far as I know, Adams is living in Briarcliff Manor, New York, but I don’t have an address and I don’t know about Strouse. If anyone has working addresses for them, I’d appreciate it if you'd let me know
