I used whatever address was listed here. The address was good, otherwise it would've been "Return to sender".

Again, she charges around $300-$400 the last I knew....which is something that I *DIDN'T* know at the time when I sent her a package.

Thank you for these clarifications and I was happy to send him my package ... too sad!
I would really like to send him but if it does not even open it, it's a shame.
