Former MLB 3B Dave Hollins Failed, Address Request

On 10/20/20 I sent a LOR, a SASE, and 4 cards to Dave Hollins 3421 Angle Rd Orchard Park, NY 14127. I received the original envelope back unopened and marked RTS on 10/29/20. I've read a couple posts from people who had success at that address earlier this year, so it must be a recent change. The RTS notification said "FORWARD TIME EXP RTN TO SEND" Then it lists another address in Lexington, SC, (picture in the link below) It says Hollin`s so I`m guessing it might be an address of his but don't know for sure.
If anyone knows of a current and working address please let me know! It would be much appreciated. Thanks.
