Scott Coolbaugh Former MLB Address Request

Several weeks ago I saw a post from someone who had recent success sending a request. I can't remember exactly when but probably 1-2 months ago. I searched for Mr. Coolbaugh in the database but found no address listed or any prior feedback. I have a card I'd like to try getting signed so if anyone has his current address please let me know! I guess I could search page by page but I figure it would just be easier this way. Thanks!
