Dave Rohde Former MLB Updated Address Request

If anyone knows an updated and working address for former MLB utility player Dave Rohde, please let me know. Played for the Houston Astros from 1990-1991 and the Cleveland Indians in 1992, switch batter. There is an address currently listed in the database to 13144 E Gold Dust Avenue Scottsdale, AZ 85259 but I also saw a different address that recently worked so before I send my request off just want to send to the right one.
